Oman Trip 2009

So right now with the power of technology, allow me to introduce to you my family, whom lives in Muscat, Oman because of my father's job. But nevertheless its quality time spent with family that really matters. Oh and tons of Camwhorebunnies because one photo is never enough.

In the room where I share a bed with Lisa. Brought Enid Blyton books which instigated my need to be creative, hope it effects them the same. That's Cinta & Molly at the background.

Sigh, I think there might be an Identity Crisis going on with Manis.
Sometimes she can be so pretty in her pictures, look at her looking at the scenery I took.

I DID NOT PUT HER UP TO THIS. All I did was press a button that made the shutter go off. And Blitzah! You get supermodel MANJA! Whom I must say is the girliest of the youngest three cause she loves pink and prettying up and her actions are veryyyy lembuttt (soft/gentle) (: (:

At the beach its Windy! Hence it literally makes you feel like you're flying as the wind rushes past you the way you'd stick your head out of a car window. Superb lighting as the day was getting cloudy and yes there are seashells! The part I love about taking photos in this beach is the reflection that you can see, making it all the more timeless and artistic, according to me (:

Can't you tell how happy we are at the beach? One could practically hold a whole GAMES event there xD

And presenting MANIS the Flying Mermaid!!! Oh and her favouritest colour in the world is red (:

I think she looks like an absolute angel (: And her hair is so soft too!

Yes, sea creatures do exist on natural beaches, unlike siloso, that is. Clams found open and close if you deprive them of salty water and that's exactly what Cinta caught! The sand here is so fine and soft that simply shuffling your feet sinks you in about 3-4 inches deep. when you step on the sand the waves erase the imprints oh so effortlessly. Even so, the waves creates their own imprints on the sand where hermit crabs seek shelter. Can somebody say, call of nature? (: It's freaky sometimes how Manis jumps to extreme heights. While the others don't o_O

Okay clearly I'm more interested in Camwhoring cause of fine weather. The races were exciting and we're all "Betting" on which horse would win. Of 9 Races, 3 of mine won! :D Which is lousy because Cinta's random decisions based on the Horsies' nice names won her 5 of the races. T.T I got owned by a 6 year old T.T

And yes, the porch is such a nice place to take photos, take in the scenery and enjoy the cool breeze (:

INTRODUCING.... SISSY!
Our regular cat visitor (: She eats and shat all over the shed when she was accidentally locked in the other day. But she's a real pleasant neighbour! And she's so pretty and poses like a model doesn't she? (: (:


THE JEWEL OF MUSCAT
Set to sail to Singapore as a gift from Muscat and estimated arrival time in June-August.
Singaporeans based in Muscat were invited to grace the event alongside the Singapore Ambassador of Oman. So, we were guests for lunch first and got to camwhore at the pier and yeah, the ship is based on a shipwreck in the 9th century and its structure is kept to be as original as ever. Apparently in the 9th Century nails were overrated so in this boat there isn't any. Mostly stinky fish oil and strong glue and ropes. So yeah, enjoy!

Drive there through mountains, Sandy mountains. Lunch with nice food!

Back braided hair. Watermelon & Mango juice (delish)! Pillow Bread as appetizers, nice!

DESERT YUMYUMYUM. Manja makan banyak! And the fly wants some juice too.

Rowena! Cinta's ex-classmate. Rowena's siblings Noah & Jenna! They are so so cute. Their Mom's Singaporean and the Dad's Iranian and they live in Oman, nice!

BEACH DAY TWO.
Went with an hour till sunset, and that's not the sun, its THE MOON.
Seeing it with your own eyes would've been beautiful (:

And yup, what's a picture without all the kitties together!

Driving down the highway gives you spectacular views. Especially at the maximum speed of 120 km/h. No tall buildings to ruin nature's beauty.
